Returns and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.
A full refund will be issued for the item(s) and standard delivery costs (if the full order is returned).
To qualify for a refund:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
All tags and packaging must be intact.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if items are:
1) Faulty
2) Not as described
3) Not fit for purpose
To initiate a return:

2)Provide your order number and reason for return
Follow the return instructions provided
3)Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original delivery charges are only refunded if the entire order is returned.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
